I speak Italian: he doesn't say anything meaningful but «grazie mille»... the rest of the speech is just a bunch of random words.

After many listenings, I got what is being said in Italian:

Waitress - Ah, signor Marra, buonasera (Ah, mister Marra, good evening)
Bradley - Ah, Buonasera. (Ah, good evening)
W - Come va? (How is it going/How are you?)
B - Allora, per lei la tagliata, per me il piccione. Locale, vero? (So, tagliata for her, pidgeon for me. Local, right?) [Tagliata is a specific cut of steak]
W - Sì, certo. (Yes, of course)
B - Spero non troppo, che non sia della piazza. (I hope not too much, not from the city square)
W - No, no, è dal contadino. (No, no, it's from the farmer ) [This one isn't flawless in Italian, it is probably a word by word translation from an original English dialogue. It should have been something like "No, no, *viene* dal contadino", which becomes "No, no, it comes from the farmer"]
B - Ah, molto bene. Grazie mille. (Ah, very well. Thank you so much)
W - Grazie. (Thank you) [In this context used instead of "you're welcome"]

I'm Italian and the only thing I could catch was "Grazie mille". It seems that our language is too much even for NZT.

I'm italian, I listened to the part in Italian 20 times, but you understand very little, above all you understand some words but not the meaning of what he says. Also it's very funny because in reality he plays the part of someone who knows how to speak Italian, but you can't understand anything :) Moreover, in the italian version of the movie, the italian restaurant is a french restaurant.
