How to Use Pokemon Go Plus Sleep (2024)

In this video I explain how to use pokemon go plus sleep.

I know this thing has been out for a bit but i just recently got mine and was dealing with all your guys frustration in the comments! On the other hand, I came here to inform you all I figured it out! In order to make sure your Go Plus device is tracking your sleep you hold the main button “white” and once the light turns blue and you hear pikachu singing, let go immediately! Otherwise pikachu will stop and the go plus will flash red. You must here the full lullaby to ensure you’re good to sleep! Also, it doesn’t matter if you have your phone screen with the apps out or if it’s silenced, you just need to make sure you are not currently on the POGO App. Hopefully this helps any future video watchers or maybe helped some in comments!

It’s a little complicated BUT…once you connect your poke ball go + with Pokémon sleep, you just hold the button at the menu for it to hit BLUE…once BLUE it’s recording your sleep, hold it again to stop for RED and your sleep is recorded, hope this helps

My question is how come I can’t get the blue light to enter sleep mode I’ve tried holding down the button for blue light and it just doesn’t pop up no matter what I do is this happening to anyone else or just me?

Do you need to keep the game open? I can't even run the game in the background for example because my damn phone auto closes everything if it's not open even though I turned off that option

If it doesn’t work for you, make sure to place the go plus plus on a flat surface

I turned off my phone and the sleep mode finally worked. Needs to disconnect completely

I just buy Pokémon go plus, I connected turn everything on when I press the middle button on go plus, it just vibrates blue light don’t blink to track my sleep. Anybody can help, I be much appreciated

Guys, I think i figured it out...

Step 0: Keep Goplus+ connected to Pokemon Go.

Step 1 : Now, Close the Pokemon Go App, (Pokemon Sleep if you have this app)

Step 2 : Turn Bluetooth off.

Step 3 : Now Press the centre button until light turns Blue and Pikachu starts singing a lullaby.

Now it's recording your sleep data.
Go ahead and sleep....zzzz

Step 4 : Press The Button Again until Red light shows up.. when you want to end the sleep session

I slept 10 hours and it didn't count 4 hours of my sleep because I guess I didn't make loud enough noises to satisfy it? It honestly makes me feel hella cheated when the game claims I was awake when I was genuinely sleeping. 😢
