I am starting to understand why my limit order is not filled. It is because when the market breaks out, some people use a lot of market orders to fill all the buy limit orders.

Let's say my stop loss order is set at 4000, but at 4000, all buy limit orders have been filled by market sell orders.

When I tried to ask someone to buy this order at 4000, no one was willing to buy it. Because the price is already at 3995, how can anyone pay 4000 for it?
