One of the biggest things I hated when I was a military spouse was the fact that a lot of spouses used their husbands rank to feel like they were “better” than other spouses whom had husbands with lower ranks. Like... so annoying!!! I also hated the gossip in neighborhoods on post. And contract marriages are extremely illegal and could lead to that soldier being un honorably discharged from the military for good!!!

I wish our heroes would have better pay, better benefits and service.

So TRUE!!! I am no longer a military wife but I am still a military wife! My husband got out of the Army to be a Military Analyst and nothing has changed. Still lonely, he actually travels more. 😳 So, I'm with you sisters.

I have been dating my boyfriend for almost a year and he left for boot camp last month, we talked about it before while we were friends and now that I'm leaving the military girlfriend phase is beautiful (For me) living this experience had pushed me to keep going on my career and trying to catch up with him. Letters are our favorite part of this experience, yes, not everything is perfect because I miss him but I trust God. Thank you for your videos and for teaching me even more about this life I'm jumping in with my soldier.

Just because we are in the military doesn't mean we all get along.
SAD BUT TRUE.
Also, other spouses and gf's being catty for no reason is STRAIGHT UP FACTS.

Yess wives that actually love their hubby’s 🙋🏼‍♀️! Thank you for this video girl!! My husband and I have been together coming on 4 years. He’s only been in for a year and we are currently stationed in Italy! Very difficult change for a first duty station but such a cool experience. So hard for me to make friends but hey everything takes time✨

The FRG part; so much yes! When my husband deployed I got involved with the FRG and became a co-leader. It gave me so much to do and it was actually a lot of fun to be apart of the event planning and to help other families.

LITERALLY EVERYTHING you said in this video is 100% CORRECT! People at the commissary WILL be rude to you, people that you try to be friends with WILL start drama, the military WILL control everything in your relationship! And there are gonna be times that you wanna just scream and rip your hair out

I'm working on my masters degree to be a certified nurse midwife, and my goal is to work on or near a military base so I can serve military families :) I was raised as an Army brat, so it's important to me to give back. I'm glad I found this channel, it gives me a lot of ideas for how I want to do things once I get started! Thanks for the info

This video has truly helped a lot. I just got married to my husband and given me a better perspective of what’s to come. You and your children are beautiful.

My husband is in the navy we have a child and have been together before he even went into the service. I just found out he has been cheating on me since day one multiple hidden accounts like tinder Snapchat and even a hidden phone he has been talking to thousands of females going to strip clubs when out to sea in Greece ect. His command has done nothing he has gotten a slap on the wrist for a domestic violence and burglary and his actions have been covered up.
I am currently looking into a divorce.
The military changed him and he is not the same.

Being a military Wife/Spouse is l one of the Hardest Jobs in the Military! My Wife survived and we are still married 33 years later!🙃😂 She tried hanging out with some wives but it just wasn’t her thing, too much Drama!

You actually gave me a lot of distinct information that I haven't seen in any other video. Thanks!

I’m sorry you’ve had such a rough time! I’m an Army wife as well. For 13 years now. Hopefully you’ll experience better posts. We’ve always had amazing doctors (with the exception of Fort Bliss! Haha). It can be hard making friends who have the same values as you. Really hard. I find that to be the hardest thing. Commissary baggers only work for tips. Nothing else. FRG leader here and I hate the negative stigma of it but those stigmas come from past bad experiences! Not all FRG’s are drama free which is so sad. We need FRG to help make those connections with other wives. 13 years and I still don’t know every abbreviation 😂 There are so many positive things about being a military spouse as well! It isn’t all negative ☺️

I’m an Airforce wife and sadly since my husband has been in he’s been changing. He loves to go out more than spend time w me and our 4 m baby & it’s stressful bc I try to explain to him that sometimes when you’re married the worst thing to do is surround yourself around ppl who are single & just wanna have a good time bc temptation is beyond real. I love him but it’s getting tiring and lonely.

I definitely needed this, because my SO is also in the Army and I still don't know much. We will be getting married when my SO comes home from deployment in a few months and I just want to be prepared. I'm hoping we'll be able get housing on post to make it easier and I feel like it would be safer
