11- Click On Davinci Resolve
12- Scroll Down Untill You Find Resolve
13- Click On Resolve
14- Click On Add
15- Click On Options
16- Click On Power Saving
17- Click On Power Save
18- Click On Close
19- Open Davinci Resolve
20- SOLVED/ DONE

Davinci Resolve(16 or 17) Not Opening because of NVIDIA Graphic Card.
Just Replace NVIDIA Graphic Card to your System Internal Graphic Card It will Resolve the Issue.

This solved the issue for me and I hope it does for you too. Davinci Resolve tends to have a lot of issues depending on your graphics card and its version.

Click on the Windows search bar and search for Graphics Settings. Click on it. This opens a menu where you can specify which graphics card or performance you want to set for a certain application. We are going to add Davinci Resolve. To do this, click on browse.

Click on Options to continue.
The graphics preference needs to be changed to Power Saving. It is probably set on System default which is going to select the NVIDIA graphics card. By changing it to power saving settings you are going to use the Intel graphics card. Don’t forget to click on Save.
