12s Cooldown is massively fast for a shield, just 4 second difference for a free Malphite shield lol.

Imo gating items based on how you perform is a bad idea, especially with that kind of effects. I think that they should make it so that after 30 min you get it no matter what or something similar

It sucks how poorly designed this system is because the boot designs look amazing.

Feats of Strength is just going to be a coin toss every game with invading for first blood, and relies way too much on draft.
There are so many glaring flaws that I'm surprised Riot greenlighted this... Whoever designed this clearly has no real experience with creating fun and balanced gameplay mechanics

I would straigh up want to ff at 15 if they get the feats. Imagine they getting drake, the revive guy and one tower with all plates and now they all will have better boots forever, meanwhile u are locked on top lane. Lovely

These boots are good to add some scaling to early champs. But I think that iy should be just a timing boost where you can buy them after 2 items and the other team only after 4 or something like that. This would give more time to early champs advantage but if they didnt get enough gold, the scalling champs could comeback so hard.

You know what would be better than only 1 team getting the boots? If the team who got the feat got the boots upgrades for free whenever they want while the other team has to wait idk like 5 minutes or the 2 legendary requirement and pay gold. Not a permanent advantage but still a good one
