Hi, ive used in some sauces to bottle, but made a picnic pork pernil in crockpot, the fat and juices obviously seperated, could i add xanthem gum to unify it? Should I skim some fat first? I really appreciate it, tyvm

It's also a great personal lube, add a bit of grape seed extract as a preservative, safe and effective. but that';s extract not oil you add! I suspect if you want that environmentally friendly James Bond oil slick for cars following you this stuff would work wonders and a little goes a long way. Just a pinch in a couple ounces of water works well, but make to our own taste. It clumps, but only for about 20 minutes and then a shake is all it needs.
