How to Crochet a Magic Ring with PLUSH yarn | Amigurumi basics for beginners

This is a detailed tutorial on how to crochet a secure magic ring with plush yarn.

There are a few magic ring alternatives but this is my personal favourite as it is the most secure.

To anyone seeing this who is stuck…. This took me many tries but in the end it was worth it… just think about all the cute things you can make. This was the only tutorial that actually helped me since I couldn’t see a thing using plush yarn. Keep going guys, it’s worth it!!

Thank you for clearly pointing out the tail end from the ball end of the string. This is a great tutorial even if you aren't using plush yarn. I followed another tutorial and ended up with a cone. I figured out what I had done wrong while I was watching your plush turtle tutorial and figured out that I was making the magic circle with the wrong end.

Thank you so much for this! Recently got some crochet kits that only use Flutterby yarn. I was watching other videos and struggling sooo much... but this video helped and I did it! It took quite a few attempts to properly get it after some frustration with the yarn breaking but I've got it now.
