Stop generalizing stuff and saying that a certain category of ppl will not do this. I am surprised why it was not asked by the host that “What was the sample size taken to test to verify and prove your claim?” .
Now that they are utterly generalizing about men and saying they don’t use or do anything consistently for more than 3 days, what about all the section of men who go to gym everyday for years, calculate their workout, protein & carbs intake, etc. for years to achieve their fitness goal?
