Absolutely amazing we live in a world where people willingly move next to an airport then sue the airport for existing.

So much time and effort put into more bells and whistles in the new Cirrus. How about putting some time into the plane itself like FADEC or a more advanced engine?

Ah, the new G7 variants, awesome flight deck. Alas, the price tag is 4 times + what my home cost. Ah, but I can dream....

My house is right there at the end of RWY 7! I watched that cirrus fly in and out of there over and over while we were down just before Christmas and got some video of the photo plane and Cirrus right over our deck! A G7??? Who knew? ❤️. And another missed opportunity to meet Ivy! Dang!

Every closure puts more pressure on every remaining airport. We’ve been talking about this for over two decades and there have been no new protections to stop the attacks. It’s only going to get worse.

Meanwhile, gotta give Cirrus credit. They’ve upgraded their planes more in the last 20 years than Cessna has in the last 50. Why didn’t we sell Cessna to the ChiComs instead?

I would Go to KFFA, First Flight, which is where I took all three of my AC on my first launch from their home Base. (Doesn't hurt that it's only 63 miles away)

Nice, luxury airplane however, this is like all the Apple hype surrounding their switch to USB-C charging.

Main feature added for the Cirrus is an ever more outrageous price. 970k for 22T base price. Out the door probably 1.1+. To add the turbo is 125k. And they've sold 10000 planes. About 6bn$. You'd think volume would lead to cost optimization but no. Only stagnant greed.

$850, 000 .... and still no retractable gear! And while we've come a long from 6 pack avionics, I still don't see 850k!
