Pricilla - I love watching you cook. Love the recipes. Here's a super easy crockpot recipe. You can add additional chicken breast if you need more but it makes a crockpot full with plenty of left overs. I think it's even yummier as left overs. Hope you try it. Crockpot Mexican Chicken


1 large can black beans – drained

1 large can corn – drained

1 jar salsa (any brand – mild, medium or hot) - larger size ( 18 -24 oz, any brand)

2 -3 Chicken Breast – may be put in either thawed or frozen.


Mix together first 3 ingredients in bottom of crock pot. Nestle chicken breast in mixture so they are mostly covered.



Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Remove chicken and shred chicken breast. Stir chicken back into mixture. Turn crock pot on high to thicken sauce for approximately 30 minutes.

I serve these with flour tortillas and all the “Mexican” fixin’s….such as sour cream, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeños, black olives, etc. You can also serve with taco shells or “scoops” chips.

I I love watching you filming this while Asa is filming the family on the FA channel, watching you all eat it, and then coming to this channel to watch the official vlog of it. I'm now obsessed with your whole family. I don't eat pork at all but here I am watching this.

That looks amazing. I cook mine like a traditional beef roast but season it with ranch seasoning, large onion sliced, S&P, garlic and onion powder, 2-3 packs of pork gravy and add water to almost cover meat. The gravy mixes with the juices from roast and the water and makes an awesome sauce. Serve with potatoes, carrots cornbread and sweet tea.
