Here we will use a free and open-source web app called GitCleanup. This app connects to your GitHub account and helps you delete repositories in bulk.

To use it, go to its homepage and then simply log in with GitHub. Allow it to access your GitHub account and enter your account password when prompted.

After successful integration, it will list all the GitHub repositories. You can select the ones you want to delete one by one and add them to the delete queue.

When you are done specifying repositories to be deleted, you can simply scroll down and analyze the delete queue and then just delete them all in one click.
It will ask one more confirmation and then it will delete them.

That is it guys, this is how you delete empty, unused GitHub repositories in few licks.
