DID YOU JUST SAY MOLTRES?! Target confirmed! I had a feeling that Moltres was going to show up since Zapdos was released in June 1 and Articuno was July 15, so I thought that Moltres was coming. I’m glad that my hunch was correct! Moltres is the last Kanto Pokémon I need to get, and that’s why he is really important to me.

Edit: Mission Accomplished! Moltres has successfully been caught! (August 4, 2024).

If we get Popplio this august, that marks all gen 7 pokemon shiny's being released, so I expect in September to have gen 8 pokemon added to the game and maybe events themed around them.
