Notice also how it was not a "no turned to a yes" it was more understanding where this guy is at and making a logical case why it would make sense to get more leads so he could go full time in his business b/c the real objection:

Full time job takes up a lot of my time so I really can only do on weekends
If we could get you booked more, you could eventually quit that job and take on more clients

As a digital marketing agency owner, I know that to get this kind if client by cold calling, you need to call at least 10 people to get one hooked up. Here it looks easy but is not. That's why every one thinks he/she can do it as well.

I had one idea as I listened to you which I'm going to test along with your script ... something related to that it takes some time to build a lead funnel. Really nice one. I am also currently starting my agency. Got some leads prepared, but I have one problem/question. I'm 16 and not native english speaker. I'm worried it might get in the way if I use cold calling or later in the sales call. I'm kinda fluent, but have really noticeable Eastern EU accent and sometimes might make small grammar mistakes. That's why I think to cold Email and then on the sales call explain face to face if there will be any questions
