Amazing, it works. It's so hard to find out how to do this, let alone google it. Just about every video, help forum, blog, advise always points to a hard reset PLUS the restart. I was trying for a full day to shut down my iphone 12 pro after breaking my screen and having some water damage. I just wanted to Turn it OFF and open the sim-card drawer to let it all air dry out. Last thing I wanted was for it to be on. THANKS A MILLION !
