I found it interesting how hyuna sounds more bitter ?? Luka sounds like he’s bored at times during the song, mizi sounds scared, and sua sounds passionate. It makes sense for her to sound bitter, ruler of my heart is a song about devotion to someone, hyuna states in all in that she lives for herself ever since what happened w her brother and Luka. Her version of this song is almost a cold response to Luka the same way Luka’s version was condescending to mizi

To me she sounds distinct and empty, like she doesn't want to get deep into it. There's little rage but mostly resignation and sadness which feels like a deep dark hole.

Luka's cover sounded manipulative, Mizi's was angry and frustrated, Sua's was warm and loving, and now Hyuna's is determined. Same song but different tones and it still fits them all perfectly.
