y = f(x) = m . x + b

Line crossing the y-axis at +2 so b = 2

m is the slope with m = dy / dx or vertical steps divided by horizontal steps. In this case 2 steps up and 3 steps to the right so m = +2 / 3 = 2/3

And so the formula of this line is y = f(x) = 2/3 . x + 2
