I have seen many examples of IIT and IIM graduates who quit there high paying jobs at Google, Microsoft, Amazon and prepared for UPSC and got into civil services but never seen any IAS who quit his job to get into private sector. I think every individual should have a timeline means a age limit I.e by age of 27 year I tried government job as a carrier but if fails to do so than starting thinking different approach beside government carrier becoz if you start as a entrepreneur after 27 and fails still you have time to think something other, I follow this and it is very useful
