Sometimes keeping it simple is better than complicating it. Doesn’t look like your physique has suffered. Consistency is key. I was also fortunate to have started my home gym in late 2017. Added a functional trainer in 2018 and dumbbells in 2019. Covid hit in early 2020 and I didn’t have to worry. Keep up the with the videos.
