PerfectHomes and FB groups are where to look. My place is never talked about by Nomads or blogs, nobody has heard of it, each unit is individually owned, 48SQM but the living, sleeping and kitchen are all in one big open plan setup, which I actually like. 9, 000 baht per month. Walking distance to KSK, Maya, Nimman, no busy road outside. However, no gym or pool. Suits me great.

Don't you get a lot of plane noise there...? Or maybe you're far enough East of Nimmanhaemin to avoid it. I found staying in certain places in Nimman (and just north of there), was right on the flight paths and really noisy. But, i moved to a condo just south of Cmu, and to my pleasant surprise the planes can barely be heard. All has to do with the flight paths i suppose. :)

Oh wow I just read your post about living in Chiangmai and that was by far the most informative post I’ve ever read. Good apartment JFD hate staying in hotel rooms with the bed being the main resting area much prefer paying extra for cooking facilities and a sitting area and separate bedroom, I did this the last time I stayed in Bangkok and sometimes it's nice to get away from the madness and take a few beers home and just chill with or without company.
