I recently stayed near this condo for $38 a nt via Airbnb. Condo was larger and nicer, and after talking with golf there on long term, they pay S of $500.

I stayed in two separate condos in Chiang Mai, the layout shown is pretty standard.

Watch other apartment videos on here, for I have seen some very nice studio and one bedroom from 200 to 400 USA per month plus utilities, water, and wifi.

Nice place, great area and great floor. Good choice, I believe that your comfort at home is important when endeavouring upon new surroundings. Yea, Thais have a way different take on what makes a bed comfortable.

Compared to US prices very cheap but High for a small apartment in Thailand. I pay the same for a 2 bedroom apartment in Pattaya with my wife.

Sorry bro but this dude seems to have a much better deal. Places are 12 mins apart by car although I admit I have no knowledge about neighbours etc in Chiang Mai

You're right. You are paying for the location. Nice view but I would look further afield for a better deal. I stayed in a student area which is cheap and lively. Check out Santitham road north of Kad Central. I would also recommend Grace dental clinic which is on the way to Kad Central. Not the cheapest dentists in town but they know their stuff.

Chiangmai is notorious for not given value for money, noit even in comparison with BKK. Yes everything is there but you get pretty claustrophoci in your bedroom and sittingroom. Move 80Km to Lampang or so, or 200Km to Chiangrai and get three times the accomodation.
