The best thing about being a fool is nobody knows when you're playing one.

You can take advantage of this technique in a benevolent way. Empowering someone who is struggling by giving them a rare moment of dominance often tears down walls that let the hard work of improvement begin.

This book only describes and exposes how humans interact and how those in authority should be treated if you want to get anywhere. It’s not so much espousing these ideas and saying they are right or wrong. They are presented as fact and describing different things that one will encounter in one’s own rise to power in one’s life.

Life is a peace when you simply acknowledge your weaknesses and try to fix them.

Reminds me of a time a coworker did something really stupid, and I lied to make him feel better and said, "I've done that loads of times.", to which he replied, "I'm not surprised you stupid idiot."

I've never felt jealous of anyone more intelligent than me. It makes me so happy to get the chance to interact with someone like that.

I think knowing your iq and abilities helps one be bully proofed. Bullies still hurt but they have harder time trying to tell you who you are when you know who you are. And that helps young and old people

Most knowledge is data. Data doesn't make you intelligent. You just remember more stuff than others.
Listening is the great knowledge.

Norm McDonald was a master at seeming dumber than he really was. That's part of what made him so great.

I love being able to say I don’t know, or deferring to someone else- because more often than not, I have an opportunity to learn from hearing them or seeing them in action. My job is really the catalyst that brought me to this place

What each of us has is the understanding of our own life . We get smart by listening to each others experience of life .

This is from Sun Tzu’s Art of War. If weak try to look strong, while if strong try to appear weak.
