Forgot a pretty important part, they also cut costs on delivery, they own a delivery company and basically just get free shipping of ingredients on top of that if they have a order in the area, no wasted gas

Not sure if you all remember, but it used to be buy one, get one free for a long time. That's why originally, he had 2 pizzas on his pike and he would say "Pizza! Pizza!" Considering they don't do that now, that's prob how they were losing money before. lol
