Update: After having this tent for a few times out in real camping try outs, can say that it holds up well to rain and wind. Gets easier to set up the more you do it. Poles slide in easier. Short blue pole must go over top of the two long silver poles. Had no issue staying warm and dry.

I have the Same concerns with the middle pole, extremely tight fit. Maybe its just new. Really good tent though, very spacious front porch.

Not much point of a tent that has this design (strength for winds) when the interior has so much mesh.
