This would actually be a good foght for Arthur. Toberts def one of the strongest in the series. People act like he's slow because he's a big guy with a big hammer. But he wasn't just brute strength.

He was brute strength carried into the targets now crushed torso by speed and skill.

Actually speed also goes to robert nedd said robert was swinging his heavy warhammer like a STICK(imagine the speed) and he also said he couldnt even lift the hammer. Besides robert had a plated heavy armor that i belive no sword can cut or pierce and he was smart enough to use a hammer over a sword against plate armors. Rhaeger was trained by arthur dayne himself and robert crushed him like nothing. Robert won every single melee fights in tournaments he wanst a good cavalry thats why rhaegar targaryen could injured him robert was a real monster. He was almost 7 feet tall and agile with non human strength. So underrated.

I would go with Robert here. If it was a fair sword duel, Arthur and tons of other characters could defeat Robert. Battlefield is different. It is very hard for a lone swordsman to fight off a huge fast berserker charging at him with a warhammer. Skills won't matter. Combat IQ won't matter. Even gear won't matter. Robert's fighting style negates all that and reduces the combat to a very short and ugly physical competition with no room for error. One hit from that hammer and it is over. Swordsman can't really parry because hammer would break his arm. So it would be about trying to dodge and land a right piercing blow into Robert's head while he keeps charging. It would be an extremely hard and stressful situation. I doubt even Arthur would have good odds here.
