How to Board Press (Bench Press)

The Board Press is a good bench press variation for familiarising yourself with heavier weights than you can currently press all the way from your chest 💪

This can allow you to gain confidence with those weights so that on comp or testing day it is not the first time you have had a certain weight in your hands. raised_hands

It can also be a useful variation for getting extra bench press practice without the fatigue of full range of motion sets ok_hand
