This video is Week One's Body-Part Induction Meditation directly from Dr. Joe Dispenza's Book, "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself".
The goal is to do this meditation on it's own every day for at least one week before moving on to week two's meditation exercise, which will also include this as the first part of the meditation.
While going through this meditation focus on the emotions and feeling of yourself "in space" as opposed to the words of your thoughts while trying to visualize yourself in space.
