This video is Week One's Body-Part Induction Meditation directly from Dr. Joe Dispenza's Book, "Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself".

The goal is to do this meditation on it's own every day for at least one week before moving on to week two's meditation exercise, which will also include this as the first part of the meditation.

While going through this meditation focus on the emotions and feeling of yourself "in space" as opposed to the words of your thoughts while trying to visualize yourself in space.

I know that this isnt the purpose of this meditation, but I find that when I'm done I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude and love for my body... I'm so thankful it exists to allow me to experience life.

When you close your eyes and quiet yourself, you could hear his voice clearly. I think this meditation is perfect as it is. The volume of the background sound feels like a brain massage. People...honestly... break the habit of being ungrateful. Thank you, Chris.

I've been doing meditation for around a year but maybe 8 months daily. The general idea (I think) is to spend some time with yourself and to disconnect from the mind and be the observer of thoughts and to not get caught up in interacting with them. I've been doing the body scan meditation which is very similar to this one. It takes practice to keep bringing your focus back to your breathe and body. Just don't get frustrated with yourself and keep at it. Guided meditations are better I find as the voice is another thing to focus on.

This recording is what I needed. At first the music was distracting but it didn't last. I too felt an overwhelming gratefulness for my body and it's wonder and the beauty of being in it. Thank you.
