So... i did this meditation and i opened my palms up and about 3/4 of the way threw i felt my fingers and my hands pulsing and when we got near the end and dr dispenza words were guiding me my whole body lit up like a Christmas tree of understanding. Thank you i look forward to the reorganization of my energies . I read the book up to induction week 1 and I am so excited that i just want to share what i had experienced. i just surrendered to the feeling, and that's when the fireworks went off!!! tip do not overthink this. allow it to happen. I am a novice and i do not have all the answers although i suspect with enough time invested in this you will become an expert at life changing events finding you !!! I'm pumped!!

this is not the original week one induction in his bthoby book. it has been edited with other meditations and changed to something else entirely. may i please ask why did you edit it changing the beginning and other parts as well as speeding it up the induction portion? could it be possible for you to post the original body-in-space induction for the beginners? that would be so very helpful! thank you 🙏

Hi Everyone, I have question regarding this space meditation with the body parts: As I start to feel the space in and around my body, I also sense feelings in my inner body like love, hapiness, joy, life energy and so on. Should I avoid to feel this emotions and sensations togheter with the space or is it the better way, to feel everything at once? Is it ok to feel the space and within, with the space also this emotions and sensations together? Does anybody have a clear answer about it? Thank you
