A street has 2 ends / corners.
The houses/ plots, which are in the corner are better located & command a better market price than others.
This is the concept in sub continent.
Pakistan had the Best corner plots of Indian subcontinent.
Karachi & Dakha. Pakistan lost Dakha in 71' & Karachi is ruined in front of eyes.
Words like - Mismanagement. Corruption. No futuristic vision. Local Mafia. Intervention of Pak Army in civilian matters. Corrupt judiciary & what not.

The budget of Karachi is mere 125 million dollars(1037 crore INR), which is ridiculously low. In India, a city like Rajkot, which is a tier three city, has a budget 2.5 times (2500 crore INR) more than Karachi.

I never realized how much bigger a blessing peace is. I live in a village and hardly see any crime and stuff and never felt my life in danger. A week ago I was going to Peshawar with my friends for dinner after that devastating blast in a mosque. I can't tell how worried I was all the time about myself and my friends. Traveling in BRT looking at everyone skeptically like there comes a bomb and we're dead. Praying namaz there in a local mosque very insecurely. This was my situation for just a day and after that I can't even imagine how living in big cities like Karachi and Peshawar would be like. I pray, Allah may bless everyone with a peaceful life.
