This recipe reminds me of the Hersheys perfect chocolate cake recipe, but gluten free! I’ve made the Hersheys cake using your all purpose GF flour blend and it was the best GF chocolate cake I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to have a reason to make these!

I made these they were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! They only thing I couldn’t get them out of the cupcake liners. Also is there anyway to get an actual dome on them mine were very flat.

I sued to try to make your recipe and I appreciate everything's you do, but I realize the reason so many people have sensitive to gluten is be cause we failed to consume the grains the way God had made them or the way he intended. I have discovered freshly milled flour sourdough baking and it's a game changer. if you are extremely sensitive maybe even using ancient grain like kumut. I feel great, no boating and not to mention the amazing flavor. You should give it a try and thank me later!

IF i were to use a GF all purpose flour would it come good ..? I don’t have any dried milk to make the flour..
