One that I just discovered on accident that I haven't heard anyone mention. If you have power seats, the button with the 4 arrows that adjusts the lumbar support can be pressed in the center and the seat will continually readjust the lumbar support. It's almost like a subtle massage to your lower back.

Little bit down the track but loved your info about the top cool/ bottom hot dial. I love warmth, (I live in Scotland!), but I absolutely hate breathing direct hot/dry air when I'm driving. I guess they thought of this for folk like me but anyway I never really payed any attention to the dial, (although I occasionally thought 'I wonder what that actually does'), but now I know. And it was meant for me! Thanks, changed my breathing comfort whilst driving so much appreciated.

I have an M3 and my partner an E90 328i. They are both fun in their own way, but I would not advise anyone to buy BMW. They are both unreliable and maintenance costs for anyone who has owned say Toyota/Lexus are simply ridiculous. The 328i is going in to have its aluminum engine bolts replaced before all the gaskets completely fail and let coolant into the engine. Yes aluminum engine bolts. I suppose they could have used chewing gum instead to save even more weight, but that might have failed while it was still under warranty.

There should ALSO BE a key holder with key hidden up in the back corner of the glovebox. Might be just the e60 or something but I've seen it. Btw Mercedes Benz W140 chassis (mid 90s S class) has a rest AIR CONDITIONER that goes for 10 minutes after the vehicle is turned off. Having a clue about airconditioning, I THINK I know how it works. Either thermal mass or they've got a damn lot of refrigerant gas with a compressor that builds up far more than it needs.

My 2011 E92-M3 doesn't have the key hole in the trunk! How do you start the car if FOB batt dead?

You can also roll the windows and sunroof up touching the outside handle when you're holding the key fob.

How do u code the key to shut all windows and mirrors and code it to open mirrors? All windows come down when I hit the unlock but it would be nice to figure out how to shut them all with the lock button

tried the "smart" right side mirror feature and it does not work for me. must be because my mirrors do not fold electronically.

You can also roll up windows/sunroof up with lock-button ;)
