It’s kinda funny, because just like Spot’s actions in the multiverse, Monika’s actions in this game slightly violate the canon of the game itself since none of the crazy stuff we see in the game later on is suppose to happen, so does that mean Miguel would also have to gatekeep other events in the game from happening if they are not suppose to happen, or by his logic, are those crazy events suppose to happen, kinda like how spot’s crazy catastrophic building-destroying event is apparently suppose to happen, despite the fact that spot isn’t suppose to be there at all?
