There are two ways to create a list of appendices in Word:
Manually
Go to the end of your document and type the word Appendix in bold.
Press Enter to start a new line.
Type the title of your first appendix, followed by a colon and a space.
Press Enter to start a new line and type the page number of the appendix.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each appendix in your document.
To center the list of appendices, select the entire list and click the Center button in the Home tab.

Automatically

To create a list of appendices automatically, you can use the Table of Contents feature in Word.

Go to the References tab and click the Table of Contents button.
In the Table of Contents dialog box, select the Custom Table of Contents option and click OK.
In the Custom Table of Contents dialog box, select the Table of Figures tab.
Under Table styles, select the table style that you used for your appendix headings.
Under Show levels, select the highest level that you want to include in your table of appendices.
Click OK to insert the table of appendices into your document.

Once you have inserted the table of appendices, you can update it at any time by clicking the Update Table button in the References tab.

Tips

If you have multiple appendices, you can use subheadings to organize them. To do this, select the appendix heading and click the Increase Indent button in the Home tab.
You can also add page numbers to your appendices. To do this, go to the Insert tab and click the Page Number button.
If you want to change the appearance of your list of appendices, you can select the entire list and apply formatting changes, such as font, font size, and alignment.
