The main reason he's more terrifying than Omniman is that Omniman doesn't care and will just straight up paint the walls with his victims. Meanwhile, Mark will practice and skillfully subject the victims he likes to a fate worse than death to avoid killing the ones he likes. He may not be as strong as Omniman yet, but he's definitely more creative with it.
