This is what happens when you lower the bar to get into Uni. You get students that are not really capable of holding a balanced viewpoint.

Ask any college student today a question and they know it all.

Thanks internet and smart phones 😞. People fear the government putting up cameras everywhere but missed everyone having a camera in their pocket.

Unless you can read minds, free speech is a must . I would rather hear what a person has to say, good or bad, than have to guess what they are thinking . Everybody will be offended by something said even if it is not directed at them, get over it, grow up . Have some people become so weak minded that even hello , said in a tone they do not like is offensive . Free speech, is free speech, it is not say what I want to hear, or say nothing at all . If you do not like what I have written hear, then your head is were the sun does not shine .

James, do you not know that 'Free' and 'University' are oxymorons that should never be used in the same sentence, in fact the very word 'Free' is the antithesis of any 'University'.

There's a human right to live without the incitement of hate, discrimination and violence. This is an absolute right
Freedom of speech isn't an absolute right. There are many restrictions on speech.
Why can't Sky be objective, rational and factual?!

I couldn't disagree more, free speech is alive and well within uni's today, as they are very vocal about their beliefs. Sky news likes to say otherwise because it's the type of free speech they don't agree with. Even if you don't agree with any of the progressive viewpoints that many of Uni students have, they ARE speaking their mind and voicing their opinions.
