The Voice to Parliament referendum would be “dead and buried already” if the Liberal party had a coherent stance on the Voice earlier, says Sky News host Rita Panahi.

“We’ve had almost ten months of the Voice having a free run, just a few conservative commentators asking questions – but the overwhelming majority of the media, of the corporate world, of the sporting codes, all the celebrities – everyone’s been pushing it, and you look at those poll numbers from Roy Morgan, and it’s already in trouble,” Ms Panahi said.

Ambiguous changes to constitutional land rights?
'The Voice' will inevitably open the dam walls on a plethora of Native Title claims which will result in every property owner in Australia having to pay rent.
It will be a rent tax. It means every Australian home owner and landlord will pay an extra tax (rent tax).
They say we are on stolen land and therefore you are 'renters' a sign of goodwill to pay extra tax.
It will depend on the value of your home. If you have say a 1.5 million house in Sydney you will probably pay .5 to 1% rent tax meaning >5 to 10k per year.
Landlords will simply increase rent for tenants to cover the cost.
Where will this money go? It will feed a bureaucracy.
New developments will also pay extra fees to develop on 'stolen land’.

The Solicitors General’s advice to the PM maybe be such but completely collapses under the weight of just two words that can be found in the wording of Voice Referendum proposition.
The Parliament can “Grant Powers” to the Voice Body.
A wise consideration about the voice is to consider not what they tell you the voice will become today but what the voice has the potential to become tomorrow when the constitution has been amended.
In New Zealand the Voice Body in the beginning was to be just an advisory body with no power of veto.
In New Zealand 12 years later the Voice Body was granted and obtained a power of veto.
Never trust a politician for what they say because politicians can never be held accountable for what they say.
When the future for the Voice is not clear and when a future parliament can grant powers to Australia’s Voice Body-don’t trust it so just vote “NO”.

I believe the voice is nothing more than a sham to keep tight control of the Aboriginal community. Pick a few who will toe the line you want them to, give them a little power/prestige so they are indebted to you and use them to stifle any dissent/demands from the grass roots members of the said community. They can funnel any complaints/requests through those they have selected and they can take the heat that would normally be directed at the govt and the pollies can say "look at what we did for the Aboriginal people. I believe this is why they are so afraid of Jacinta Price, she sees all Australians and doesn't appear to be all about segregating us by race and only focus on one group.
