I do a similar cooking with the slow cooker. I get the cheapest cut of beef on sale at the market, cut into bite size pieces and lightly brown in olive oil. Then put in a crockpot with a cup of beef broth for about 7-8 hours and use it in any number of dishes. Some of it I’ll freeze and use it later for stir fry, roast beef sandwiches or quick beef stew. This has been a traditional cooking method for generations. My great grandma always had some tough cut of meat simmering on the stove and poor as we were, I don’t ever remember a poor meal.

in Kenya we cook most if our stews with tomatoes, I don't like tomatoes, il do this recipe

not very applicable to stir fries when you need to cook the beef fast. But you said your video would lead the viewer to "never serve chewy beef again". For that we need to know the principles, so that we can use them in different types of recipes. Did I really need to explain this?
