"38% drop rate means you'll probably have to run it 38 times to get it" Ouch, cuts deep. 🤣

I hope a bunch of people don't see the list and start using the Python in Colossi fights and be doing 50% damage the entire time because they are constantly out of range for its optimal dps.

The "problem" I see (and experience) with padding the DPS number with magazine increases and Crit Damage - whilst ignoring Crit Rate (which most of these builds do) is that lowering the reliability of crits makes for terrible real-life use scenarios.

Example: With a ~20% crit Thunder Cage, you might have a higher on-paper-dps, but it often means you'll blow that extended mag taking down one shielded buff mob, and only get the crit when the mob is at 10-15% HP left.
Where, if you had ran ~40% Crit Rate instead, you will more often get that crit proc much sooner, and explode the pack immediately.
So, sure, it's more damage output (on paper) but that really doesn't matter if much of that damage goes into overflow rather than pay off when you actually need it.

Which is also why I kinda disagree with putting "Real-Life Fighter" on *everything*, because in most usage scenarioes, you just don't have the next target lined up practically to where you can just hold the trigger constantly. Especially on weak-point focused weapons. On packs, the mobs just simply don't spawn that fast, and on Colossi (at least with a fast firing weapon) it means you'll be pushing Frenzy Bars with junk volume shots.

Edit: and yes, I know this goes straight to DryBear's preface about fitting a build to one's playstyle. That's the point. This is my take, having played the game to MR26 as of right now.

Awesome work and huge thank you for doing all of them. Really appreciate all the work in analysis and creating the one sheets. Wish all games had something like this. 😊

REALLY love your thoroughness and how you provide info and tools vs touting the best! I started following you in Diablo4 and also loved the dungeon guides. Your're quickly becoming my go to for data!

3 notes on your Divine Punishment and Nazeistra's Devotion builds.

With Divine Punishment, you should always try to run Toxic on it as each proc gives you a damage boost up to 10%.

On Nazeistra's Devotion, don't run an Element on it, it's defence debuff is only for Firearm Damage, so you'd actually get much higher damage by boosting Crits and Weakpoint Damage than from any element.

The last note is that you shouldn't boost Nazeistra's Devotion's rate of fire, the reticle bloom actually out paces the rate of fire, so after 1 or 2 shots you'll have the accuracy of a Shotgun.

Definitely agree about recommending the weapon you enjoy playing for a long time. Especially when you consider patches can shift things on a dime.
