If only Kyrgios could 'perfect' winning tournaments, especially those which have a points earn higher than 500!
Nine (9) years on the tour and he still hasn't cracked a Masters, an ATP Final or a GS.
You can have every trick shot at your disposal, but if it doesn't win major tournaments, it aint worth a pinch of sh!t. Perhaps Kyrgios should consult Michael Chang, another player who used the underarm serve, but who was able to win a GS, got to finals, and won several Masters.

I can easily hit a much better one than that! The opponent was just disgusted, not bothering with it. If Kyrgios had played as a bowler in the Aus cricket team, he would have rolled the ball along the ground, until the rules eventually caught up with codifying against that.

First of all, this was not a great serve - it even bounced behind the baseline! Secondly, the inherent deception of this kind of serve leaves a bad taste in the mouth of every gentleman on the court.
