I am trying to buy PA-09 Connector Crimping Pliers.

I ordered 3 times on Amazon and each time I received items that were Made in Taiwan, not Made in Japan. Since I want a product that is Made in Japan, I had to return those counterfeits. Is this product still Made in Japan?
