Fantastic Cheap Crimping Pliers for Micro Connectors - IWS 3220M

Even tiny JST SH 1.0 mm pitch connectors can be crimped perfectly with those pliers, far easier and better than with my Engineer PA-09.

I love my set of Packard crimpers I got 20+ years ago. I still remember how shocked I was at their price, especially since I had already spent 60k on my collection of snap-on. A standard snap on crimper was $120? These were about $550 each with haggling. But…. They have turned out to be one of my all-time favorite tool and used weekly building/restoring custom efi wiring harnesses for race vehicles😎

The following has to be mastered yet: 1 best if details are in focus 2 Zooming in and out is not helpful, it limits the time of the important frame 3 overzooming means that you constantly move out of the picture 4 framing a shot is essential. The important information I am looking for and have not found in your video is which way around the connector is inserted into the crimper.

I just ordered this exact crimper off Amazon for $24 and it will be here in two days. Looking forward to this crimper as my current one crushes the connector due to it's poor China design. This particular China crimper appears to be a much better design.

I am looking for this but to crimp sets of 4 or 6 pin with spacing sh 1mm and crimping all 4 or 6 at once. Also Zh 1.5 mm 2 pin both at once? Or is it that you only crimp one at the time and then 4 or 6 of them are placed in the housing?

i dont think that the JST SH work, because is smaller than 1 mm, i search a tool for JST GH, and i can't find ! I use iwiss IWS-2820 with the 0.7 mm, but the insulating part slightly larger than 0.7 and smaller than 1.0 mm!

This is wrong crimping tool for such small connector type. It has too wide step teeths and wire insulation holder is squeezed to the same level as core wire holders. This is wrong. Proper crimping tool should preserve two crimping levels, one for insulation (light level) and second for core wires (much tighten level). Insulation holder should not break or smash insulation but hold it only.

Sorry for this being off topic….I am interested in how you mounted the GoPro camera to the front of your flysky noble NB4 radio. That I noticed in another video..Been wanting to do that to my radio. would greatly appreciate any help you could give me on how you did that. if you bought the mount or did you make it. anyway thanks for any help you might give me on this..

Looking for tool to crimp JST-SH also. Reading comments here, so IWS-3220M is not a good tools for JST-SH? Is there any budget friendly tools for JST-SH?
