Even when this software is fully functional and trustworthy. Meaning industry vets and city permit offices have seen its accuracy. You will need someone to review the set thoroughly (could also be AI). The way the video shows it, it will happen live, but generated images take some time now, i can't imagine a whole set to be fully changed in seconds. It may happen as a tool, but as full replacement of drafters sounds kinda insane. My prediction is that it will make a good conceptual and analysis tool, but for the fine detail and project nuances that code and unique conditions create, we will need experts to finish off the sets.

I would like to know if it bases the design of the volume on the laws of region. for example in my state the distance between to buildings has to be the number of floors of your building + the number of floors of the building in front + 1. thats how you respect the distance.. does this do that?

It is both scary and amazing. I also don't like the machine doing the "design", except maybe for us to explore a number of possible layouts. I don't trust the details since so much of that is regionally based. Like you I love the idea of generating construction documents, especially if SWAPP can take our 3d design model and then draft up the plans. That would be a fantastic tool. Although, we would still have to double check every single line, dimension and detail. I also like your term "pasturized" as a way to highlight the limits of AI generated designs.

I noticed SWAPP requires a business email to request for access. Is there a way to gain access without this information

Kinda turned off by the fact that its an Israeli product. We know upon which land these architects are working. Stolen land and new settlements. Not spending money here. Thanks from South Africa.
