The Mi-24 (Hind – NATO reporting name) is a Russian attack helicopter. It is developed in the Soviet Union in the 60’s by Mil. The first flight was conducted on 19 September 1969. The Mi-24 entered into service in 1972. It is adopted by several different armies throughout the world.
