CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES AKA CPS DCF SHOWED UP TO MY HOME 🏡 AGAIN TODAY & MY HUSBAND REFUSED

When we had full custody of my husband Son, we had multiple false reports filed against us. CPS would not tell us whose filing the reports so we took them to court and our Attorney demanded to know who was doing the reporting. The judge got the name and charges was filed against the person ( his mother). She did 1 year in lockup for filing false reports.

Honestly. The person falsely sending police and CPS to a person’s home should be charged and fined. They’re so many who are guilty of abusing others, so let’s stop the insanity.

They’re concentrating all their energy on this family who for all we know are good. Yet there are children who need help. Wow

Someone called CPS on me & said that I was doing suspicious activities outside my home & threatened to take my only child from me who is 14… GOD did not allow them to take my kid… Thank GOD 🙏🏾

You don't need to talk to CPS personnel you have the right to refuse to talk to them and slam the door in their face. People don't realize that the CPS case workers don't have any real power. I worked as a CPS case manager and I would arrive to people's home WITH police presence and they had the right to not answer the door and slam the door in our faces. It was their choice you can refuse to let CPS see your children and you can refuse to talk to them.

This is crazy! But i know the feeling... They were called on me 17 times during the years i raised my children 🤦🏽‍♀️ never placed! Not once! All grown now. They will try you if uneducated!
