I’ve been through the wringer with CPS both as a child and as an adult. I was accused of child abuse after my daughter was shoved down a slide by another child while at DAYCARE even though I was nowhere around. The daycare was never held accountable for my daughters injury despite the fact that my children came home with multiple incident reports daily, despite many of its facilities failing state inspections, a murder and even one location was deemed to be a danger to children’s health. The daycare was run by a corporation. My case plan included supervised parenting; I was not permitted to be alone with my children, a state psychiatric evaluation, counseling and parenting classes. 5 months after their investigation, they closed the case based on the fact there was no evidence of abuse. As a result, I sent my kids out of the country to live with grandparents. Went back to the US because my grandmother fell ill with cancer and died. I had another baby and yet another CPS worker barges in my hospital room within days of me giving birth and asks me why I don’t have custody of my children. I told the bitch I do have custody of my children they’re just with their grandparents while I give birth. Long story short, I moved out of the US too as a direct result of their inquiry out of fear. I hate CPS..I hate them. CPS is a terrorist organization terrorizing and waging war on lower to middle class Americans.

This video is several years old, so I would imagine these people have realised "going to Washington D.C." won't help anything. There is a reason these children are more likely to be abused, neglected, overmedicated & murdered outright while wards of the state. This is a sick continuation of the breakdown of the family, community and class warfare we have witnessed for nearly a century. If you question this fact, look into the case of GA Sen. Nancy Schaefer - she lost her senate seat fighting CPS and she later lost her life ( both her & her husband) just as a tell-all book was due to be published. This is not a failed system in the eyes of a tyrannical government, rather it is a smashing success destroying lives for profit.
Children can be removed for home births, they try to remove children when parents choose to home school, doctors report children when parents do not consent to unnecessary, always expensive medical procedures, if you ever had a child removed, ever been institutionalised, a victim of abuse etc, CPS will stalk you and attempt to remove your newborn. This is what tyranny looks like, this is modern warfare - the soft kill.

My doctors and attorneys were threatened to be thrown in jail if they became involved.  The doctors that gave postitive testimony, their records were never provided to the courts.

Orange county is horrible. CPS worker there told me to give up my son it will make my life easier because, I was poor. When I said no, they kept my son and gave him up for adoption. My attorney Ennis Erroll said he quit after my case cause he couldn't take what they were doing to me and others anymore. I tried to get him to elaborate on what exactly he was talking about pertaining to my case at least but he never did. My son is still gone.

cps took my daughter for a year because i failed to protect her from her father after he beat me up and did drugs. when i kicked him out it still was NOT good enough. i did case plan and did what they wanted and i got her back after 1 year. PATEHTIC. i was punished for somethign i had no control over

My daughter was accused by Help Me Grow of hitting me while holding her baby. Help me grow was recommended by Butler County, Ohio CPS! Three days after their visit they had the police arrested my daughter and removed my granddaughter (they played her with my aunt). That was last October 27, 2015. It's been nearly a year and my daughter still doesn't have her baby. They said they fear for her safety with her mother. The only reason CPS was ever involved in our lives is because we didn't let our daughter around her child's father because he was a drug addict like his mother and we found out that when he was 15 he was arrested for fingering a 10yr old little girl.

My daughter wasn't allowed around him until she went to count because he filed assault charges on her because she punched him when he grabbed her by the throat.
So he called CPS along with his mother and lied and told them that my husband and I were neglecting our granddaughter and physically abusing our daughter who was 17 at the time.

When CPS knew they had nothing on us they had help me grow lie.

My daughter was charged with aggravated menacing, domestic violence and child endangerment.

When the prosecutor couldn't get me to say that my daughter hit me, she had my daughters court appointed attorney convince my daughter to agree to the charge of child endangerment only if they dropped the other two charges.

I'm so sorry for these people. In NJ they have one year to either return your kids or adopt them out. My kids were in foster care for one year because my husband had a severe alcohol problem. My kids lived in one foster care house with the kindest people I've ever met in my life. A rich, professional couple. They lived in a mansion. But a year later I did get them back.

To beat the system, you have to stop using the words they designated to control you. Like, "child" and "mother" and "father" and "parent". Those words you use are in the "legal" code to give CPS juristiction over you. Instead of using those legal words, use Common Law words. Instead of "child", use "property", as in "that which is proper to man/woman". Instead of "mother" or "father", use mom or dad. And never be a parent. And never acknowledge to the State your "marriage", being a corporate partnership. On "forms", cross out father, mother and write in mom or dad. Never put in a "child's Social Security". That too gives CPS power. Californians forgot how to act within the Common Law.

Cops keep giving me run arounds they blame me for stuff that's their fault, and telling me that I'm not complying when I am, also accusing me of missing appointments that I did not miss, and telling me I didn't do certain things that are not even on my case plan

Stop filling out the birth certificate that is what gives them your child as property. The birth certificate is also collateral for their debt which is what makes your children so valuable.
