Kent County Michigan Child Protective Services CPS

Don't let Kent County Child Protective Services (CPS) into your home. You will be amazed at the false allegations by CPS to gain the custody of your children. Michigan is broke and the Department of Human Services received $4,000 of Federal Funds for each child they can adopt out. They receive and extra $2000 if the child has a mental disability. Wonder why children in the Foster Care system are being drugged, this is why. Diane Sawyer did a huge report on the drugging of foster children. Guess what fund the money is comming out of? Your Social Security!

this is SO true an X keeps making the same charges against husband and wife for the past 6 years, every 6 monthe to a year, how can you NOT let them in with out them comming in with the police and taking the kids - if they would LOOK at the case BUT is is an open case and that means funds for their organization, SO FRUSTRATED

Michigan PA 511 is an ambiguously written law that claims to put a checks & balances on CPS. What it does in reality is allows CPS to violate the law & CPS protocol. If the worker does violate the law & CPS protocol, the supervisor "investigates" & explains why the laws & protocol were violated. Then it is passed to the office director who repeats the process. The way the law is currently stated is that the office director can them close the case.

My niece was kidnapped from my home on dec 2, 2013 with no type of order at She was with me since she was born approved by dhs!!! I have ALL PAPERWORK stating dhs VIOLATED THEIR OWN RULES & STATE LAWS!!!! They do not deny it but don't care!! My family hasn't saw, heard anything at all from our sweet girl! That same day they placed her with complete strangers & within 3 days these strangers were trying to adopt her I'm in macomb county & this needs to be Please help our family

I want everyone to know that Governor Rick Snyder had passed a law, I think in 2011 called the best practice protocol. Last year in early 2013 my daughter had a visit by CPS because her ex mother inlaw and husband had made a complaint. Anyways to make long story short, my daughter fought like hell and found out a few things. Every county in Michigan was going by the protocol that Rick Snyder put in place except Kent county. We found out that CPS, Grand Rapids police department and the CAC didn't keep recordings, paperwork of the interview or even a video tape or tapes that is required to prove that the child was abused or not to show to a judge in a court. I love that CPS seems to always go by preponderance of evidence. Not to be funny but ghost hunters go by the samething. In  Dec.2013 My daughter won because they did not follow the Best Practice and it was clearly displayed in the hearing and exposed. I hope this info is useful for some of ya's
