How To Change & Adjust Mechanical Bike Disc Brake Pads

2:25 I had only pulled the cable down and then tightened the cable holder, but the brake lever had no resistance when pulled. After seeing this video I tried pushing the arm up a bit and then tighten, like what you did. and it worked! So glad I found this video. Thank you so much!

Just purchased an MTB and bikes nowadays are way much different than bikes years ago as far as I can remember. Only had rim brakes before but after spending a lot of time outside with my new bike, the brake pads have worn out, needed to change them and your video is just as informative and educational.
