May I suggest you should be talking about four (or even 5) elements in Gen 1:1 and not just three... space, ENERGY/INFORMATION, time and matter.

In the beginning...time
God created...energy
The heavens (cosmos)...space
And earth (terraform)... matter

The phrase God created not only is demonstrating energy, but also information, the fifth essential element

Archaeopteryx, IMO, represents an classification of creature distinct enough to not be lumped in with birds. That said I would separate marsupials, bats and cetacians from mammals as well.

It made me sad when my Grade 10 Science teacher started the Biology unit in science and when he stated the two views, Atheism and Creation, he lied to the class saying there is Absolutely NO evidence for creation and showed as a fossil of a "Dinosaur" (It was a fossil proven to be a bird), claimed it was a dinosaur with feathers therefor a missing link found and he also showed us an image debunked many, many years ago (20+, I don't know exactly how long), of similar looking pre-born embryos. Evolution is full of lies and deception, don't be tricked. Christ is the word of God, he created this world and the world itself speaks of the creator but it is hidden behind a wall of lies, half truths, misunderstanding, and deception known as Evolution which tricks kids like me into believing a completely unproven, illogical, and false narrative. I pray the Lord God will help people stuck in the grasp Evolution.
