This class is about working with our HIPS and PELVIC in tribal fusion belly dance, and more attention of its mobility and isolation work. All you need for class it's yoga mat & yoga block.
We'll go through basic movements like hips shimmy, pelvic tuck, hip circle, Maya & taxeem.

Oh my god! Thank you! I've had this pain in my right side lower back for so long and I couldn't isolate the reason for it. Half way through the class I realised why it hurts and how I can fix it <3

Post my back injury, I haven't been able to get back to the same mobility! I was feeling like I had hit a wall with my rehab.. these exercises are challenging! I could only do half the video but I feel like this is exactly what my back needed! Thank you 😊😊

Oh this will be a fun challenge. I am glad you go in depth and show different ways to get stretches. To many times I would follow videos and a lot of them show the same stretch and ignoring certain muscles. And I am happy to see the footwork at floor level. It makes it easier to know how I am supposed to place my feet. Namaste
