ARE YOU STRONG ENOUGH TO COMPLETE THE 10 MINUTE PLANK CHALLENGE?

TEST YOUR CORE STRENGTH!

10 Minutes doesn’t sound like much time, but try it out.

You’ll see that it’s actually quite long and tiring.

For some reason, while doing the 10 minute plank challenge, minutes aren’t passing as quickly as they usually do. Can you relate? =)

This challenge doesn’t require any equipment or weights!

The video is also in full length which means you can set up your mobile phone / tablet / notebook somewhere in front of you, load and the video and simply follow whatever I’m doing.

If you can’t hold the position anymore, take a few seconds rest before you go back into the shown position.

● 30 Seconds Plank To Push Up Position
● 30 Seconds Alternating Leg Raises
● 30 Seconds Elbow Plank Rotations
● 30 Seconds Shoulder Taps
● 30 Seconds Side Plank
● 30 Seconds Side Plank (Other Side)
● 30 Seconds Knee To Elbow Plank
● 30 Seconds Alternate Arm Leg Raise

OMG. That was hard. I did it all but you went from each exercise so smoothly. I admit I took 3 or 4 seconds to compose myself in a few of those moves. Great workout. Also Im 52 and lost over 100 pounds 4 years ago. Thanks for this.

After 6 tries I successfully completed your challenge and after that I have been doing it every other day with some jocking and I feel it's more than enough exercise just to stay fit. I don't know if you agree!

Yes, i did it, but umgh -
especially knee to arm move was very difficult for me. Thanks god for side planks. :D
